Shipping and Policies

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we will replace or refund it. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

Free in-store pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within 2 business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from offsite locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item immediately, please call us to confirm the product is available before coming to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders must be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping Options

Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed if the product is "in stock" in store or if the product is received at our location "in warehouse" if drop shipping is not available.
In-store pickup is available for all items, including bikes. Bicycles must be properly assembled before being repackaged to meet safety regulations.

 Shipping costs follow the following guidelines:
  • All orders that have at least 1 bicycle must use the BRT - Bicycles option and will have a minimum cost starting at 50 euros*.
  • Orders that do not have a bicycle in them must use the BRT - Other items option and will have a minimum cost of 8 euros*. In this option, orders worth more than 100 euros will have free shipping.


*Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to size/weight or delivery location.

Information security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all information you provide to us and prevents third parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on the screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the option of whether or not to save your credit card information with us in your online account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include order fulfillment and package delivery. They need access to some personal information to perform their functions, but may not use this information for other purposes.

Returns and Cancellations

If there is a problem with a product you purchased from us, we can process a return within 30 days of the original purchase. 
We will refund the original purchase price upon receipt of the purchased items. For defective items, we will cover shipping costs; however, for all other returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping. The merchandise must be new and in the original packaging.
Returned merchandise that appears used may be subject to a return shipping fee. Orders fulfilled "In Warehouse" may be subject to a 10% return fee if the order is canceled. Returned orders that were fulfilled "In Warehouse" may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Labor costs such as custom wheel building or other services and bicycles that have been used and not defective are not refundable.

Prices and Information

Our website aims to help you. We make every effort to maintain current and accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for accuracy and timeliness similar to the other information we provide here.
However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders where there are errors or discrepancies in pricing or stock status, regardless of the source of the error.
